It's Official! NAIOP is now CREDA!
NAIOP Wisconsin is now the Commercial Real Estate Development Association (CREDA) Wisconsin. Our new name strengthens our alignment with the national organization and provides a clearer, more accurate representation of who we are and what we do. While our brand is evolving, our mission remains the same: advancing Wisconsin’s commercial real estate industry through advocacy, education, and meaningful member engagement.
This transition enhances our statewide presence, sharpens our voice with policymakers, and positions our members for even greater impact. We’re proud of our history — and excited for what comes next.
